History

Arizona Investment & Management's principals have more than 40 years combined experience in Professional Real Estate Management and Sales.  Founded in 2012, we have established ourselves as a trusted and well-respected company in the real estate marketplace, entrusted by individuals and institutions alike, with nearly sixty multifamily assets managed in Arizona.

AIM's strengths, focus and direction are entirely devoted to the commercial, multifamily and retail markets.  Long established relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors ensure that all services are delivered in the most cost-efficient and quality manner.

AIM prides itself on strong investor values and takes a pro-active role in managing your properties. Unlike many management companies who are unable to address your immediate needs, AIM is a well resourced and dedicated company based on personal relationships with owners. With many satisfied clients, AIM Principals have been managing commercial and multifamily properties for decades for individuals, corporations and investor groups. Principal and Designated Broker

Mark has been managing properties in Phoenix, since  2002.  Mark is a fully licensed and accredited REALTOR ® in the state of Arizona. He moved to the valley in 2002 and acquired and operated  a fifty-unit apartment building.  A licensed broker in Massachusetts since 1980, Mark has bought, sold, and managed residential, industrial and commercial real estate for a wide range of Investor clients.  A true "hands on" operator, his extensive knowledge of building mechanics and apartment renovation, coupled with close relationships with key vendors ensures quality and efficient work at the most reasonable cost.  Mark is currently the Designated Broker for AIM.

Vice President-Brokerage Services

Born in Canada, raised in Europe and educated globally Victoria holds a BA (UBC), a Sauder Business School Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing (Awarded Top Graduate) and a MA (SFU). She has had a successful and award recognized career in Sales and Marketing that spans over 35 years in various markets and industries. A frequent visitor to Phoenix for over 14 years Victoria moved full time with her husband and investment partner to the valley in 2010 to pursue the unique opportunities presented in the local Real Estate market.
Victoria is a fully licensed and accredited REALTOR ® in the state of Arizona. She was also accredited in BC Canada where for 30 years she was owner of a Real Estate investment company with over $400 M in real estate sales. In her first year of commercial sales in Phoenix she transacted over $11 Million in real estate business working mostly with out of country investors. Growing her loyal base of local and international clients she continues to steadily outperform previous years sales. Victoria brings expertise in real estate investing, solid understanding of the current market and a commitment to excellence. Fluent in 3 languages, an avid art collector and lover of the arts, Victoria enjoys her adopted city of Phoenix. In addition to living and breathing Real Estate Victoria still finds time to docent at local art museums as well as play tennis. She is married and has two daughters.

Principal

Drew has been investing in Phoenix area real estate, since he relocated here in 1998.   Drew is a fully licensed and accredited REALTOR ® in the state of Arizona.Drew was first licensed in 1987, in California where he worked as a commercial real estate agent for CB Commercial Real Estate and has been an active investor and agent now for more than twenty seven years. Prior to founding Arizona Investment & Managment, LLC, Drew held the position of Vice President Marketing for Preferred Community Management, where he oversaw operations and management of over one million square feet of Class A, commercial retail property. Drew's education includes degrees from Marymount, (Liberal Studies), University of California Santa Barbara, Bachelor Arts, Urban Geography, with notable studies abroad, including semesters at Exeter College, Oxford, American University in London, and ACOT, as a distinguished Apple Laureate. Drew's background includes ten years as an executive with Apple Computer, Inc., as Senior Executive, K-12 Education, where he was responsible for over $90 million in education technology solutions for State and Local school systems throughout the Western United States.   Drew is trilingual,  (English, Spanish, and Fishing).

Office Manager & Controller

Lilly oversees back-office operations, central office staff, vendor relations, and bookkeeping for AIM.  Lilly has nearly ten years experience in bookkeeping in the real estate industry.  Her customer service skills and attention to detail are important pillars upon which we build our business.  Lilly hails from Romania and exemplifies the hard working, meticulous nature known of the Romanian culture.
